委屈

百忍成金未必真。

無端受辱總傷神。

胸中抑壓情難泄,

腦里縈回氣待申。

憤懣呼冤升血壓,

記仇含恨損全身。

平生委屈誰能免,

豁達寬容遠小人。

 

 

 

 

 

 

Grievances

The saying that “forbearance will
produce gold” is not necessarily true.
Being humiliated for no reason can
lead to mental discomfort too.
Feelings will be hard to let go
when the chest is full of suppressed material.
When angers linger in the mind, they must be
expressed through an appropriate channel.
Feelings of injustice will likely
cause blood pressure to rise.
Preoccupied with hatred and revenge
can hurt your body and mind.
Who in this world can be completely
free from experiencing grievances?
Try to be forgiving and tolerant,
but keep a distance from mean persons.
